Copy Editing

You’ll receive an edited manuscript with Track Changes on, in-line feedback, and a personalized style sheet to ensure consistency throughout. Line Editing

Sometimes, after reviewing your manuscript during the sample edit, I may recommend line editing instead of copy editing. This deeper level of editing addresses challenging issues such as awkward phrasing, clumsy sentences, tense inconsistencies, and voice fluctuations—problems that require more meticulous attention than standard copy editing can provide.


Because it requires extra time and focus, line editing is a separate service that builds on everything copy editing offers, going further to tighten and clarify your prose.
